Princess Dining Information
Princess offers passengers flexibility as well as award-winning cuisine with its Anytime Dining program, which gives passengers the freedom to choose a new restaurant and dining time each night. Enjoy traditional cruise ship dining at of the magnificent main dining halls, or opt for the casual atmosphere of one of the many cafés and pizzerias. For a truly memorable experience, try one of the elegant upscale restaurants, or choose to dine in the privacy of your own cabin with Princess' 24-hour room service.
Main Dining Room Policies: Princess guests are assigned to one of two seatings in the main dining room for their evening meal, early or late. The early and late seating times can vary by ship or itinerary, but are usually at around 6:00 p.m. and 8:15 p.m., respectively. There is also open seating available from 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. at one main dining room on each voyage. With the exception of two formal nights, the dress code is "smart casual." Shorts, t-shirts and swim wear are never permitted in the main dining room. Princess has added a third seating to several ships, including all Coral-, Diamond- and Grand-class vessels, and the Sea Princess. This earlier seating will be at 5:15 p.m. or 5:30 p.m., depending on the ship.
Beverage Policy: All beverages except tea, coffee and water are at an additional cost. Juice is included with breakfast. Soft drink cards, good for unlimited soft drinks, are available for purchase onboard.
Special Requests: Special meals are available including, low-calorie, vegetarian, no MSG, low/no sodium and low/no cholesterol meals, as well as sugar-free and fat-free desserts. Kosher meals must be requested at time of booking.
All dining rooms on board Princess ships are smoke-free.
