Crystal Dining Information

Dining with Crystal is truly an elegant experience. Whether enjoying the sweeping ocean views and magnificent ambiance in one of the traditional dining rooms, a costumed afternoon tea or midnight buffet in the atrium or poolside hamburgers and ice cream, you are sure to savor every pampered and delicious moment!

Main Dining Room Policies: Crystal guests are assigned to one of two seatings in the main dining room for their evening meal, early or late. The early and late seating times can vary by ship or itinerary, but are usually at around 6:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., respectively. Dinner seating preferences may be requested at the time of booking, but are not guaranteed. Debuting January 2011 aboard Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, Crystal’s new Open Dining by Reservation may be selected at the time of booking. With the exception of three formal nights, dress is informal (when at sea) or casual (when in port). Shorts, t-shirts and swim wear are never permitted in the main dining room.

Beverage Policy: All beverages except water are at an additional cost.

Special Requests: Special meals are available including low-calorie, vegetarian, no MSG, low/no sodium and low/no cholesterol meals, as well as sugar-free and fat-free desserts. Kosher meals must be requested at time of booking.

All dining rooms onboard Crystal ships are smoke-free.
